The Wytheville Meeting Center is the perfect place to hold your regional, state, and multi-state meetings, conferences, or special events. You will find a spacious, comfortable, technology-friendly facility that offers meeting clients a convenient location, at the intersection of interstates 77 & 81.
Evansham Ballroom
With over 9,000 square feet of meeting space, the Evansham Ballroom offers a comfortable atmosphere combined with the technology and furnishings that meeting planners and attendees expect.
For flexibility, the ballroom can be utilized as one large area, seating as many as 1,200 people theatre style or 500 at banquet rounds. The room can also be divided into two or three spaces for smaller groups and events.
One portion of the ballroom offers the added amenity of views of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, as well as access to a terraced area.
Meeting Rooms
Adjacent to the Evansham Ballroom, four additional meeting rooms are ideal for smaller meetings or breakout sessions of up to 150 people. Each offers an intimate setting with the same level of technology and furnishings as found in the larger rooms. With access to the outdoor terrace, groups have the flexibility to enjoy an outdoor break and take in the beauty of the scenery. A boardroom-style conference room is also available
Dining at Wytheville Meeting Center
Our large full-service kitchen provides everything necessary for use by a variety of local caterers. We offer a selection of eight approved caterers.
Our caterers must be used for any food or beverage need; however, continental breakfast and breaks are available through the Wytheville Meeting Center. Whether you wish to host a small business dinner or a large banquet, we feel sure you will find a caterer that meets your needs and budget.
